Terms and Conditions

When ordering your Tailor made Bridal gown, Bridesmaid Dresses and Flower Girl Dresses. Once we place the order with Pretty 'N' Unique you are committed to the purchase of the garment(s) and we cannot cancel. Like wise once your order has been processed we cannot accept a cancellation for any reason.  A 50% deposit is required for all Gowns, The balance becomes payable upon arrival of the Gown(s).

On arrive of Gown(s) and accessories will be inspected for any manufacturing defaults and if the deemed to be faulty we replace them.  If you have order the Gown(s) and find that you do not like the Gown(s), we will not replace and a refund will not be given as they are made to measure and therefore are  bespoken Gown(s).

We cannot be held responsible if you lose or gaining of weight and we will not be held responsible for any trips or falls when wearing the Gown(s),

We cannot be held responsible if any alteration carried our by a third party

Veils and other accessories must be paid in full before the order is placed.   

Lingerie orders will be despatched complete within 5 working days after payment has been received

Out of Stock items/Back Orders

Lingerie item which are  temporarily out of stock we will advise you of delivery date.

Tairas item which are  temporarily out of stock we will advise you of delivery date.

Returns

Lingerie exchange/refund garments provided that they are returned within 5 working days of the invoice. In compliance Health and hygiene all the items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached unworn condition. With original invoice to be included with the parcel.
ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Refunds

All other Accessories will be exchanged or a full refund will be given if deemed faulty, however if you places an order for a Veil and accessories if find you do not like it we will not refund and not replace this for you

We will asked to read the Terms and conditions and asked to  signed the agreement and will be given a copy for your reference and a Duplicate copy will be kept by Pretty ‘N’ Unique  All terms and condition apply.
